At first glance, Dignity Kitchen may look like any other ordinary food court. But to these group of differently-abled hawkers, it is a place where their desires to live independently are fulfilled. 

Pauline’s retina detached when she was 19. For the past 40 years, she struggled to come to terms with her visual impairment, until recently. Now, Pauline works at Dignity Kitchen as a claypot hawker, where she is fulfilling her childhood dream of cooking.
